Kevin J. O’Connor joined Proterra Properties as Controller in August 2023.  With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Kevin gained knowledge and expertise spending the first 15 years with hands-on roles in operations, accounting, finance, purchasing, information technologies, vertical construction, and land development. Kevin transitioned into an advisory role within the industry and for the next 15 years assisted clients across North America by assessing and solving business challenges through re-design and improvement of cross-functional company processes, implementation of ERP solutions, automating back-office functions, and creating actionable long-term IT strategies.

Prior to joining Proterra Properties, prior positions included Director at One11 Advisors, Regional Finance Director for American Residential Communities, Controller for Fidelity of Castle Pines, and Vice President of Purchasing for Richmond Homes. 

Kevin and his wife Marcia live in Castle Rock, CO with their daughter Kamille and their two dogs Sweetie and Patch.
