After military service, Nancy Hatfield began her career in the corporate environment, assisting CEOs and executive level personnel. Eventually she followed her true desire to get involved in the real estate industry. She was a residential property manager for several years before joining Proterra Properties, LLC as their Commercial Property Manager.

Nancy oversees the maintenance and occupancy of commercial properties, including offices and retail centers. Her job duties include routine property site visits, handling requests for maintenance and repairs, and negotiating new lease contracts. She enjoys building effective working relationships with tenants, collaborating to find solutions for everyone’s success. As a representative on the owner’s association board, she works to keep common area expenses down.

Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking the family dog, and taking road trips.
