Teresa joined Proterra in 2026 as our Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant and has since become the team’s chief organizer and resident problem solver. She supports everything from executive operations and project coordination to marketing strategy, client communications, and the day-to-day needs of the office. She’s often the one keeping the wheels turning around the office, projects moving, calendars on track, and everyone headed in the right direction.

 

She is a combat veteran who spent her military career supporting Joint Special Operations Forces at home and abroad, where she developed the adaptability, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that still shape her approach today. Teresa holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her career has taken her through construction, government contracting, finance, and military service, giving her a broad perspective and a passion for connecting with people, solving problems, and keeping even the busiest days running smoothly.

 

Outside of work, Teresa is a die-hard USC football fan, Formula 1 enthusiast, weekend fly fishing guide, skier, golfer, and worship leader who enjoys playing guitar and spending time outdoors in the Colorado mountains.
